Our newest concept
The station that outsold the pancakes
Chocolate-covered strawberries started as a test alongside our Dutch pancakes. At our most recent major event, demand grew so fast that they outsold the mini pancakes outright — which told us the strawberries deserved to be a full station in their own right, not a side offering.
We serve them in individual cups rather than on a shared platter, so guests can pick one up while they are standing and talking. No plates, no cutlery, nothing to balance. For weddings and corporate receptions in particular, that matters more than it sounds like it should.
Book the strawberry station on its own, or pair it with the Dutch pancake cart so guests get two completely different desserts at the same event.
