What you get
A dessert station, not a drop-off
A mini pancake cart is exactly what it sounds like: we bring the traditional cast-iron poffertjes griddle to your event and cook throughout service. Nothing is pre-made. Guests come over, watch the batter go into the wells, watch them get turned, and walk away with a warm boat of mini pancakes they topped themselves.
That is the difference between a mini pancake bar and a dessert table. A table sits there. A cart pulls people in, gives them something to do, and keeps the energy up during the flat part of the evening — after dinner, before dancing, or the mid-afternoon lull at a corporate event.
