Graduation Party Dessert Catering in Cincinnati
Cincinnati graduation parties run as open houses, and that breaks most catering.
What we bring
Two stations, made in front of your guests
Guests arrive across four hours rather than all at once, which means a buffet laid out at noon is tired by two. A live station has the opposite problem to solve and solves it: everything is made when someone walks up, so the last guest gets the same thing as the first.
The age range is the other challenge. A graduation party is grandparents, parents, and a large group of eighteen-year-olds, and they want different things. A toppings bar handles that by not deciding for anyone.
Late May and June are our busiest weeks for this, and Saturdays go first. If your date is in graduation season it is worth asking early.
Questions
Graduations, answered
Our party runs four hours — do you stay the whole time?
We agree a service window with you rather than assuming. For most open houses a shorter, well-placed window works better than the full four hours, because guests cluster around arrival times. We will suggest one based on your numbers.
How far ahead should we book a graduation date?
Earlier than you think. Late May and June Saturdays are the densest weeks in our calendar and they fill first.
