Quinceañera & Sweet 16 Dessert Catering in Cincinnati
A quinceañera is photographed more thoroughly than most weddings, and the dessert table is in a lot of those photos.
What we bring
Two stations, made in front of your guests
That changes what a good dessert station has to do. It has to look right from across a room, hold up through a long evening of dancing, and give a fifteen-year-old and her friends something to gather around that is theirs rather than the adults'.
Chocolate covered strawberries carry a long table better than almost anything else — rows of them read well in a wide shot, and they need no plate, which matters when everyone is in formalwear. The mini pancake griddle does the opposite job: it is loud, warm and interactive, and it is where the younger guests end up.
Both stations are colour-flexible. Toppings are chosen at the station rather than decided in advance, so guests match the table without us needing to dye anything to a theme.
Questions
Coming of Age, answered
Can the toppings match our colours?
Guests choose their own toppings at the station, and the range covers most palettes — sprinkles, M&M's, white and dark chocolate, fresh strawberries. Tell us your colours and we will tell you honestly what will and will not work.
Do you serve late in the evening?
Yes. For a quinceañera the station usually opens after the formal portion rather than during it. We agree the timing with you in advance so the griddle is hot at the right moment.
