Holiday Party Dessert Catering in Cincinnati
December is the month everyone books the same three weekends, and warm dessert is the thing that suits the season.
What we bring
Two stations, made in front of your guests
Poffertjes come off the griddle hot, which is a genuine advantage at a December party in a way it is not in July. Guests come over for something warm, stay for the toppings, and the station becomes the warm corner of the room.
Most of what we cater in the holidays is corporate — office parties, client appreciation evenings, end-of-year celebrations — with family gatherings filling the weekends between. Both want the same thing: something that gets people out of their seats without a sit-down course.
The calendar is the honest constraint here. The first three weekends in December are the ones everybody wants, and they are booked well before the month starts.
Questions
Holiday Parties, answered
How early should we book a December date?
As early as you can. The first three weekends in December are the densest of our year after February, and they are usually spoken for well before the month begins.
Can you serve in an office rather than a venue?
Yes. The griddle needs one outlet and the strawberry station needs none, so an office break area or a boardroom works without kitchen access.
